The City of Newcastle is set to stage a unique outdoor theatre experience at Nobbys Lighthouse on Saturday 25 February 2012. Short+Sweet by the Sea will feature five 10-minute plays showcasing locally grown talent in an iconic Newcastle setting - and it’s FREE!

Owned by three Novocastrians who have affectionately called themselves The Geodesic Gentlemen, the Wonderdome will house a spectacle of circus-style performances for people of all ages.

A couple who cruised into Newcastle Harbour aboard luxury passenger ship ‘Rhapsody of the Seas’ on Wednesday, 7th December chose to marry at the city’s iconic Nobbys Lighthouse.
